Well it's been a while since last update. Things are still shaky emotionally still have way too many "Bad" day buts I'm working on it. Getting lots of exercise in though. Over the weekend got in around 40 miles yea that's right 40 miles of walking in. My new walking buddy working out great for talking things out while we walk. Eating on track most days but with all the walking usually high on cals but with loss falling right in range. Well again that's for all the support shown on past blogs have a great night all.
