I've gotten back to tracking my food. Not sure how long that is going to last because I am terrible at it haha.
I am on a roll with my workouts. I skipped the 30 day shred today though. I wont be able to get to the gym tomorrow so I figured I would do the 30DS then.
I want to get down to like 150ish by July. That's a realistic goal right? I was trying to figure if I would stick with it and lose around 1lb each week then I could do it. Allowing that some weeks I could lose more than 1.
The problem is keeping motivated and keeping at it
