Yay, I lost an inch from my waist!
I've been eating well, and all this personal training has definitely helped me keep from falling into a rut where I do the same things over and over. The two things together are helping re-shape my body.
I feel good! (cue the James Brown music) Tonight I'm having leftover stir-fry chicken and veggies with a salad for dinner. Snack will be either some light micro popcorn or a WW snack bar. It's good to plan ahead, especially for me.
