Okay I know it has taken me a long time to consider sparkcoach. I have thought of trying it for months now. Why now? One word- holidays. I know I could use the extra motivation in this time of year with so many temptations. I have been on this site for well over 2 years and maintaining for two years but recently my weight has been creeping up. I don't want that to continue. I just want to get back on the motivation wagon. I can't even remember the last time I was tracking my food. Mini goal - track ALL my food this week. (I better think of a good reward for that)
