Sparkcoach - why now??

Okay I know it has taken me a long time to consider sparkcoach. I have thought of trying it for months now. Why now? One word- holidays. I know I could use the extra motivation in this time of year with so many temptations. I have been on this site for well over 2 years and maintaining for two years but recently my weight has been creeping up. I don't want that to continue. I just want to get back on the motivation wagon. I can't even remember the last time I was tracking my food. Mini goal - track ALL my food this week. (I better think of a good reward for that) emoticon

How are you staying motivated this season??

    Well at least you recognized the issue and are remedying the problem before it gets to bad. That shows incredible strength and knowledge! Good luck and Happy Holidays!

    Being in the maintainer challenges helps me stick with it and be accountable.

    I'm pretty motivated to drink my water and move a bit. I am doing okay on eating too, could use more veggies and fruits...who couldn't?
