I had a really hard time exercising last night. I haven't been sleeping well and was very tired after work. I ended up taking a bath early (around 6 pm). Waking back up and putting on my exercise clothes was a struggle but I want to finish strong on my November-cise challenge. I ended up doing 50 minutes of walk away the pounds while watching the voice.
I have been doing spark coach this week and one of the tasks I am supposed to do is make a plan for each day, including food and exercise. Here it is, after lunch, and still no plan.
My food intake is pretty much the same every day for breakfast and lunch. For breakfast, 2 eggs, fruit and coffee. For lunch, soup, salad and iced coffee. Lots of water in between. Dinner changes nightly, but lately I have been a fly by the seat of my pants on dinner. I will make the kids something and eat leftovers myself or go out or eat popcorn. I am only cooking once or twice a week (but make enough for leftover dinners the rest of the week).
These days, it seems like exercise depends a lot on my daughter's homework. If she has a lot, then do a tape at home, if she doesn't, then go to the Y. Tonight I expect she will have a lot, so it will be a tape night. Hopefully tomorrow we can go the Y. I would like to do Bikram yoga on Thursday night and finish the week at the Y.
Did I just manage to write the most boring blog entry ever? Next entry I will tell you about the frequency I go to the bathroom and there will be nothing else to know about me.
