Plan an occasional (once a week) splurge.
Note: a splurge is NOT a"cheat". Follow your diet. Don't overindulge. But your splurge SHOULD be special to you. Treat yourself well so that you don't feel deprived. (Feeling deprived can lead to messing up your dieting efforts.)
