How discouraging is that?!

I have officially fallen off the bandwagon!!

I have been doing so great with eating, maybe not the healthiest stuff, but EVERYTHING is okay IN MODERATION! and with exercising
I have either been walking AND doing zumba, or just doing one or the other..

This morning I walked for 2 hours while my dog ran and played with other dogs at the dog park and I just ruined that by eating Wendys!

Everything I got (Asiago Ranch Chicken Club Sandwhich, a medium coke, and medium fry) was 1400 Calories!!!! for my height and weight to lose weight i need to eat 1200 calories a day..
Again.. discouraging, but I guess I am gonna do a whole lot of zumba, and probably some different exercises (such as jumping jacks,crunches, etc etc etc!)
