Discovered I was low on that heart healthy nutrient. Realizing I didn't want to eat 5 bananas a day, I used my nutrition calculator to help. It appears crunchy vegetables like broccoli and carrots in reasonable servings will go a long way in the direction. So now, I'm looking forward to some crunchy snacks--maybe dipped in that tasty Trader Joe's Parmesan Ranch or some Bolthouse Farm Blue Cheese dressing. Both of those are low cal without being sour from too much vinegar.
