First Blog Entry! Woo Hoo!

I have plantar fisciutis in both feet. Its whats motivating me to loose weight (I need relief beyond wearing braces nightly.) Last night, I left them off - not a good idea - it hurts to walk today!

Im a bit discouraged overall. I wont update my ticker (because deep down I know this is PMS related weight gain), but Im up to 242.2 this morning ... I was so close to 239 (and no longer being Morbidly Obese) that I cant help but being a bit bummed.

Ive been averaging about 5 lbs a week (which I know is a lot, but Im a big girl) so to see just a gain and not even a small loss ...

I keep telling myself that I usually bloat 7+ lbs, sooooo..... either Im drinking so much water that I only bloated two pounds OR I might actually come out a bit lower than I started this week (prebloat)

Guess we'll see...

Ok all done with the poor me's! :)

ouch - read my blog today - It took six surgeries for me to walk again after a freak accident now I am jogging - two years of physical therapy - when cast where removed I had the plantar in both feet - it hurts - but , we must keep going. Soak in Dr. Teals Epsom Salt eucalyptus/spearmint - put a water bottle in the freezer then roll under each foot. Use resistant band to pull foot towards your body - ps - have a medical degree- email me with questions - you can do this - Hugs LIL Racer emoticon

Sorry to hear you are having a difficult week, give it another week before you weigh again, I think sometimes for those of us who have our weight shift because of water weight and hormones, weighing monthly is better.

Also, I am sorry to hear about the plantar fascitis, that stinks. The good news is, you can still lose weight one days where you can't exercise due to pian. Weight loss truly is 80% what we eat, 20% exercise.

that being said exercise is good for many other reasons, mood support, heart health.... So try aquaaerobics at a gym or community center, also look into chair excercises and pilates.

best wishes!
Lisa

You will get out of that Morbid category in no time! I know I felt great when I got under there. I am still about 10 pounds away from overweight because I had a rough couple months, BUT I never thought I would be so excited to get to be overweight! I feel your excitement! Hang in there! The bloating and water weight will work itself out :o)

I don't update my ticket when I'm at TOM. No way. The weight all comes off when I'm done, and I just don't like doing it.

The water weight gain will work it's self you make sure you are still drinking water with the PMS going on . Have a great week .The weight loss will help with your feet , and knees but this took some time for me. Have not had foot or knee pain in like forever .

Sorry to hear your feet hurt. That is such a bummer and I can relate. Hang in there with the water weight gain. It will get better.
