Already on day 16! I had a bit of a pity party this morning, as I was on facebook, and looking at all my pictures from when I was only 15 pounds away from my goal weight. Then I had a change in mindset and am now using those pictures as motivation. If I did it once, I WILL do it again...but this time I am going to CRUSH it! I will get down to my goal and not stop my workouts or healthy eating. This is a way of life.

Now for today's challenge...

My goals always seem to be weight related (lose blah pounds by blah time), but it's so much more than that. This journey is quite a mental one as well and with this challenge I have been learning that. If I do focus on my weight, I need to take it one pound at a time...not try to lose 10 pounds by next week or 5 pounds in 3 days, etc. My goal when I do finally weigh myself January 1 is to just be happy about ANY weight loss that will occur. I already am starting to feel it in my clothes, my jeans are a bit looser and I notice I'm standing taller too.
