Yesterday I did manage to get a bunch done. Not as much as I would have liked, but quite a bit for the day.
Yesterday's run was great. The first half went without a hitch. As soon as we started the 2nd 1.5 miles my son decided that he didn't want to go. We finished the whole thing, but while carrying a screaming 5 yr old with us. People kept either laughing or giving us strange stares.
Yesterday's weigh-in was not a good one :( I was up to 213, however, it seemed to be due to bloating more than anything. I got on the scale this morning, now that I am feeling better, and it was down to 210. So, overall I did gain a bit over the holidays. Luckily it wasn't as much as I was afraid of. Now to get back on track.
I did stay in range with calories yesterday. First time in almost 2 weeks! I was over on my fat and sodium intake :( Today I'm going to watch it all. Lately it seems really hard to stay within a healthy sodium range, so that's one thing that I really need to work on more consistently.
Now it's time to get my oldest off to school and start my errands for the day.
