To Do List:

Take Matt to Dentist (this will take nearly 1/2 my day) - Done
At least 2 loads of laundry per day - Done
Call Manager about lease - Done
Look at toys'r'us website for company gift-giving - Done
*Call to find out when my weekly class is being held - Done
Drop paperwork off at kids school - Done
Hang laundry - Done
Run - Done
Clean turtle tank - Done

*Get my gym membership (on hold until at least week of 12/2)
Clean tub, sink, toilet in bathroom

Yesterday I did manage to get a bunch done. Not as much as I would have liked, but quite a bit for the day.

Yesterday's run was great. The first half went without a hitch. As soon as we started the 2nd 1.5 miles my son decided that he didn't want to go. We finished the whole thing, but while carrying a screaming 5 yr old with us. People kept either laughing or giving us strange stares.

Yesterday's weigh-in was not a good one :( I was up to 213, however, it seemed to be due to bloating more than anything. I got on the scale this morning, now that I am feeling better, and it was down to 210. So, overall I did gain a bit over the holidays. Luckily it wasn't as much as I was afraid of. Now to get back on track.

I did stay in range with calories yesterday. First time in almost 2 weeks! I was over on my fat and sodium intake :( Today I'm going to watch it all. Lately it seems really hard to stay within a healthy sodium range, so that's one thing that I really need to work on more consistently.

Now it's time to get my oldest off to school and start my errands for the day.

    I did get some running in. Not as much as I would have liked, but I'm not complaining. The point is that I did it :)

    If you skipped yesterday Chriss, you'll still get your 5 days in this week. At least you didn't go for 6 days a week :P

    I had running on my list today for after the doctor, but I came home and ate lunch and then I decided to watch army wives instead. LOL. But, I'm running tomorrow, that will be okay. I am going for four miles tomorrow. Probably going to do the first two miles run/walk 1 min/ 90 secs and then the second doing my run program once my running buddy goes home! :) We will see if I am not too tired after the first 2 miles :P
