Messed up again last night. Went to a restaurant with my brother. He is not feeling well, and wanted to go. I ordered London broil and peas. I forgot it has mushroom gravy on it, but thought that would be okay. Of course by the time I finished dinner, stopping for snacks at 7-11 sounded like a great idea. I had a 20 oz wild cherry Pepsi, and 2 York peppermint patties. I considered it to be a small cheat, but I gained weight today.. up to 225.6. I have to get the next 3 days clean, and get back on track. My biggest problem with low carb is getting over cravings. After 3 days I will be fine.
I am doing laundry right now, and my brother went to school for 1 class. He has a doctors appt for 1 p.m. He was hacking up a lung all night. Kept me awake till 4 a.m. Being sick put him in the hospital with A-fib, but they never gave him any medication to get rid of being sick. I told him to make sure he gets some today. Worried he might have pnuemonia. He has been sick for 2-3 weeks now.
I just had 6 scrambled eggs. I skipped the mushrooms, like that would make everything better..lol. I just want to feel less bloated as quick as possible. Drinking my second 20 oz bottle of water, and Sparking till my brother gets home. After the doctors, I am sure we will have to buy some pills for him, and I have to go to get me some chicken, and cheese. I am out. I have already cooked every meal for my day, but adding a snack of cheese., and dropping green beans, and mushrooms, so I have to change my trackers.
Then I still have to go to gym, and hopefully he can get to sleep while I am there. I woke up just before 9 , and he had obviously been up for a while, so not sure if he got more than a few hours sleep. I hope he is asleep, because I could use a 4-5 hour nap.
