Day 2

I am currently reading The Spark--yes, I had to get the dust off to read it--but I am reading it and finally getting what Sparkpeople is really about. I never realized the importance of streaks, but the important thing is that I am getting it!

Currently I am dealing with Pertussis since Labor Day and my breathing ability and strength is limiting for weight loss aerobic workouts, but I can still try! I cannot tolerate the outside cold air in my lungs so my gazelle is in my warm kitchen for an aerobic work out. I saw on my Fitbit that I actually did a good caloric burn yesterday--I can't wait to see what I can do today. No matter what I do it will be day 2--I plan on working on streaking (who knew at my age I would want to be a streaker! emoticon
