I have restarted my program. I'm going to be doing exercise 5x or more a week and that is including strength training again. I am going to start writing down what i'm eating and exercise. I will log it everyday. I will act in a more healthy manner. I will start to love myself again. I will start this new and renew myself. i will be in a better place.
