Where did I put that resistance band?

Tuesday, November 27, 2012

I knew it. I knew it I knew it I knew it! Despite frequent requests, the engaged friend has picked sleeveless bridesmaid dresses.

Of course theyíre beautiful, and I will never stop being surprised that we actually found a colour that suits me AND the two blonde-haired blue-eyed bridesmaids. But no amount of eggplant satin is going to make my tiger-striped chicken wings look good.

*Cue stubborn streak* I know I have a workout specifically for arms using a resistance band. So Iím going to dig out that band (also eggplant colour. Weird), resist the urge to strangle my friend with it, and get working on the flobby parts of my arms. Which is basically all of them.

Well, Iíve always moaned about my arms; now I have the motivation to actually do something about them. I suppose I should be thanking her really.

Girl, you're gorge (and I bet your arms flop hardly at all, for real!) -- but a workout's a workout, so go for it!

I know you will be beautiful! You should show us a picture of the dress. Preferably with you wearing it.

Just remember, as you're doing your workouts, that the eggplant-colored resistance band looks good on you!! Ha!
