Hey, let's do it!
4 by Christmas.. not bad
Why not lose instead of gain at the holidays... a fun challenge to the spark community..
My plan for this is to AVOID pizza, ice cream and chips. I want to substitute other veggie things that I can snack on... water is also a tool....how about you?
