Haven't lost any weight yet but I'm determined to stick with this plan and keep trying. Have been having a hard time getting moving because of my foot but hopefully, this week I can get around a bit more. Meal planning definitely needs work and I need something for snacks. Finding I'm hungry in evening after supper. The website is vast and I'm finding when I have come across something that interested me, I can't seem to find it again. I'm sure more time exploring will change that. Spark me!!!!!

    You're doing great. Just keep trying! What I've found most helpful here are:

    Tracking food. I haven't found the menus quite so helpful for me except as a general guideline as to how much I should be eating.

    Getting connected to a community. I mostly check in with just one of my spark teams all the time (Canadian East Coasters). It helps to get to know the people in one group so you can really motivate each other and follow how everyone is doing. I've joined other groups, but that's mainly so people in those groups can see my blog and comment. emoticon

    Right now I have 3 children age 4 and under, so all I have time for is occasionally checking in with my spark team. They're keeping me on track with my exercising 3 times a week, which is all I have time for right now.

    I try to save something of interest to my favorites. You can also save recipes to a Spark People cook book. But it does take time to learn the SP web site. Have a good day.

    It does take a while to learn your way around the site, but you can do a 'search' of a key word. That might take you back to what you saw once before.
