So I blew out my knee back in Summer 2011, which means I can't sustain the level of cardio workouts that I used to. I did put in some weight during my PT, and loving cake doesn't help, either.
I do strength training for core conditioning, and also to rehab my knee, but until I regain my full range of motion (if ever) the only option left for weight loss will have to be portion control and calorie counting.
Here goes nothing.
