Food Diary - Day 1

Cornflakes & banana, coffee
Apple, scroggin, 1 shortbread biscuit and coffee
Tomato on toast, orange, rice crackers and strawberry tea
slice cheese, green curry stirfried veges and rice

Clearly have a few things to work on.. but that is why I'm doing the diary after all.. for as long as it takes to make healthy choices a habit again

    Learned the term freggie right here on SP! We have this stuff at wal-mart called indulgent trail mix. I call it crack! It is no longer allowed into the house! LOL

    Freggies! Love it! Scroggin is just a mix of nuts, seeds and dried fruit :)

    Not sure what scroggin' is but everything else seems reasonable. Keep up the good work! A day without freggies is like a day without oxygen!
