Days 21 - 26 Commitment to Myself

My steps were 16,803, 13,007, 11,301, 6,216, 19,005 & 16,270.
While on vacation I went on a most veggie diet which helped me to loose 2 pounds.
I truly do enjoy most veggies so I have decided that I will do a couple of days with just fruits and veggies along with my added exercise. I went to the gym everyday did strenght training every other day.
