My head is being a pain in my butt.

I have had an AlmostMigraine for the last 24 hours or a migraine is trying to come on but won't commit.

Tonight at the gym, while I was on the bike, it starting trying to grow into a full fledged brainkiller. I had to stop after 15 minutes, but I was able to still do some work on the weights without it killing my head so I still got a decent amount of time in.

I've hit my first cliff in the weight loss, one of those periods of time where no matter what you do the scale doesn't budge for days. I know they are normal so I am not letting it get to me, usually in the past when this has happened to me, once I break the barrier the weight starts melting off pretty quickly anyway.

That's about it for now, the workout is becoming part of my routine and almost a habit, so I think I can keep it going!

    Keep going strong.. it will pass. Maybe try something new- variations in calories by day (some days high in range, some days low), a different kind of exercise, whatever. Just keep going, and you will get there! You can do it!

    Hopefully your not getting a cold. Sounds like how my cold started. I'm all better now. lol Take care of yourself and up the vitamin c if ya can.
