Today was an adventure. I went to the Y this morning and had a successful workout. I was thrilled that I was able to workout again. I spent three hours in the pool swimming walking and jogging and boy did it fill good. Of course breaks were taken in between. It was also nice to see everyone again.

I came out of the Y and had to make a couple of phone calls so I pulled out my phone to find that a friend of mine was in labor! Another new baby. I love babies. I was honored that she allowed me to stay in the room during delivery. 8 lbs 8 oz little girl Darah. It is days like today that make all the others worth while just to get here. I am blessed. Sometimes it is hard to remember that, until moments like this come along to remind you.

Today was a good day.
