it's damn near 12am

and i wanna work out. wahhh...... but my back hurts and i'm taking the hint. i'll get it in tomorrow if it's any better.
i did figure out a meal plan for this week.. and it's posted on the fridge.. lol had to incorporate some rather painful dinners for the sake of my family's sanity. can't just throw an entire week of random new meals.... gotta keep some normality around. so we're having hamburger helper and pork chops this week, too. meh. portion control.. my best friend.
i'm excited about the meal plan though! tomorrow it's apple sundaes for breakfast and i think gourmet PBJS and sun chips for lunch. gourmet meaning it's grilled like a grilled cheese :) then it's... hamburger helper. bleh! i might just skip that altogether.. or just eat the green beans and cottage cheese. we will see!
so i might as well give a shout out. i LOVE this website!! lots of super yummy recipes.

    I imagine that its hard to have healthy meals with two little ones around! You are doing greaat! Your meals sound great.. Ill have to check out the website. And for the HH just use portion control like you said... just a cup or whatever and then top it off with veggies/fruit! You can do it! emoticon
