Staying on track during the holidays

This holiday season, I plan to continue to use the SP tracker and get at least 30 minutes of exercise. I feel so much better when I exercise in the evening, and I sleep so much better when I exercise at night! I will continue walking on my lunch and I will make sure that the Christmas snacks I eat will be the good for you kind. emoticon
