    Raining here today, so my planned run was cancelled this morning, but I did 45 min of leg-intensive cardio, and 15 minutes of yoga. Thanks for all of the motivation! YOU"RE AWESOME!

    Day 26 for me, though I've been walking only the last five days. Might try to get back to running on Wednesday if the ITB feels better.

    I have been sticking to my running schedule (I will never run every day again) and I have been tracking everyday. And I have been active every day. Lifting, swimming, body weight exercises.

On Saturday, we flew home from Corpus Christi and I got to the gym before we left for the airport. Sunday, I went to the pool after Mass.

Good enough?
