Jury duty is over. There were three trials starting today and I was up for the last one. But.... a plea bargain -- yay!!! My group was excused at about noon so I was able to get to work in plenty of time to do the class I was so worried about.
Honestly, I don't know what is wrong with me that I get so stressed out over these things and everything almost always works out fine. This is a real problem for me and I know better. I really need to work on just letting stuff go.
YAY!!! is right. I got called up but fortunately I work for the prosecutor so I was excused . I 've done it 3 times so it's not like I'm evading my civic duty - I'd just rather not do it again!
unfamiliar territory is always stressful I get uncomfortable when it's my turn at the Dept of Motor Vehicles to get my license renewed.... How crazy is that? You're not alone...other people just know how to fake it better.
