I set my alarm for 9pm when I really was supposed to set it for 9am. I woke up at 10:15. I have to leave my house by 10:15 because I have an appointment with my trainer at 11:00. I like to get to the gym 15-20 mins before our session so I can change my shoes and warm up.
Needless to say, I threw on my clothes and left the house without eating breakfast. That was a very bad move.
First, it was hard getting through my workout. I had zero energy about half way through. When it came to the last 15mins when we do intervals I REALLY had to push.
Second, it set me up for a bad day. I came home and had
1 egg white
1oz of ham
1 slice of light swiss
it was a very good breakfast, but a few hours later I was hungry again. I ate a Balance Bar, and ended up throwing up. My pouch doesn't like chocolate. My RD recomended them as a quick meal incase I find myself out and about and on the run. I ate the peanut butter ones before with no issues, but then I bought the S'mores kind and they made me puke.
Eating breakfast is important!!
