So we have been asked what our plan is to stay on track during the holidays....hummmmm so this is what I plan on doing to keep me on track:
➔ I will journal every day
➔ I will watch what I eat and remember that I work too hard to do mindless eating
➔ I will be sure to get in my exercise everyday and not have excuses as to why I canít
➔ I will remember to eat while I am doing my cooking for the holidays as well as when I am doing the baking - because not eating enough is as bad as eating too much.
➔ I will remember to drink my water - even though it has turned cold it does not mean I can forget about drinking water and turn to coffee
➔ I will keep the alcohol to a minium as it is too easy to have just one with friends while out - so the plan is I will always be the designated.
