Part of our BLC Weekend Challenge is taking steps now to stay on track over the holidays.
I have an added challenge this holiday season because I am traveling for work every week now. But my plan for staying on track includes packing my menu or buying it at the grocery store and cooking meals in my room. Not only does it help me stay on track with calories, but saves money too.
I've been upping my freggies and really trying to keep my fat/carb/protein ratios in check every day as well.
Now with my food in check, I need to really focus on revamping my fitness routine.
