Getting back on track

This month has been ridiculous! Three surprise milestone birthday parties and Thanksgiving. I need to re-focus and get back on track with meal planning and exercise. I will be trying very hard to stay on track from now until Christmas. Except for a few holiday parties things should be more on the quiet side and make it easier for me to follow my plan. Even though I had all of those events this month I am still proud of the work I did do with exercise and diet. I keep reminding myself that this is a lifestyle change and you can't bee 100% regimented all of the time. The difference with this plan for me verses other diets it's is that it is lifestyle oriented and is a program of positive reinforcement and as long as I follow those thoughts I can stay motivated.
