Nov 2012 Streaks - Day #26

PLANS:          
#1 No workout after 8 pm = Check!          
#2 3L water = Check!         
#3 Into my bedroom before 10pm = No!            

CHALLENGES:          
Total Jump Rope (Goal = 6000 by end of month) = 1050x (current total = 2451x)        
Daily Jumping Jacks (Goal 225 daily) = 0x          
Turkey Trot (Goal = 100 miles by end of month) = 2.8 miles (current total = 78.5 miles)

The first day of training on things that I'm supporting in the office. The instructor, who I have spokeny several time via Microsoft Office Communicator, was clear on subject, detailing on important tasks &issues. The training will be 1 week - 1 day checked, 4 days to go - and I expect to learn and relearn as much as can, absorb like sponge to help making tasks go more smoothly :D

Yesterday, "tortured" myself with 10-min jump rope LOL
