Another good week, 2 more lbs gone, hope I never see them again. I started making weekkly menues, it is a little more work but in the long run I find it much easier shopping and knowing what I will be eating ahead of time. also I can prepare a few different meals at one time, so I don't have to think about food too much. Hope everyone success in the week to come

    It is definitely a bonus to not have to think about what fix each time.

    When I plan I do so much better. I also cook and freeze and pop it in the oven at dinner or make crock pot meals so I don't nibble while I cook.

Good for you. Two pounds is awsome!
