Although it was of a four-day, holiday weekend and I was so totally out of my 'rut', each day, each meal, I was determined to make good choices. Although I did not do an 'official' workout, I did get in as much activity, walking, (painting) stretching, etc. as I could. And it paid off when I got on the scales this morning.
My 'official' weigh in day is Wednesday, but I couldn't wait.... I stepped on the scales this morning and found that since last Wednesday, I am DOWN one-tenth of a pound. Hey, that sure beats an increase!!!
(I shudder to think what the scales would have registered if I had not applied what I've been learning!)
And it reconfirms my belief in the Plan - The SparkPeople plan REALLY WORKS!
