Day 1 of 28 Day Bootcamp AND Day 1 at work after 4 days off

I was a bit disappointed I didn't get the things I wanted to get done, crossed off my to-do list but I think I needed to just take a breath and relax.
I went back to work, felt a bit sluggish and figured that it was because I haven't unloaded a pallet in 5 days. I had exercized, but unloading a truck is a whole other thing.
I hit the gym and did my usual 45 minutes of cardio/strength, then did the Day 1 video. Holy Smokes, I didn't realize how much I CAN'T do ... and it was only 10 minutes long! I haven't done squat-lunges in 30 years... and it showed. I was also thankful I wasn't in a roomful of people, because I realized how uncoordinated I was. But, I rocked those jumping-jacks :D
This is exactly why I joined the Bootcamp challenge, to do things I hadn't done in years and re-learn everything I forgot.
One more challenge today and I can relax .... What am I making for dinner!
