Today is the first day to getting back on track. I let myself become a little lazy around Thanksgiving because I didn't want to be stressed out. Well it had the opposite reaction and I am more stressed now because I haven't been "healthy".
Today my eating has been perfection. My water intake is on track and no sodas.
I knew this wasn't a sprint and it would take a lot longer than a week to accomplish my goals but I never dreamed it would be this hard. I have started P90x and hope that if paired with my sparkpeople eating guide that I will have great success!!!
