Staying on Track Through the Holidays Part 2

Monday, November 26, 2012

One more tool to keep myself on track. And this one comes with face to face accountability. I am running the Biggest Loser Challenge at my workplace again this year. I currently have 10 contestants...sigh, make that 11 contestants.
Somehow, not sure how, my name got added to the list. These people have all seen my before and after photos. These people all can see that I am no where near looking like my "after" photo anymore. So, I will leave my name on the contestants list.

Being the coordinator, I'll just have to make sure I don't win!!! I will need to finish up with a "close but no cigar".

Go all out girl, they will know when you are holding back and that would make the win of the next person worthless. Enjoy the ride!

Awesome!! You'll do great. In my opinion, not gaining in December is winning. Just throw in some extra walks and a little food tracking and you'll be on your way to almost winning :)

But you don't look like your "Before" picture either!

Leadership and accountability go hand in hand, sometimes it sucks but it works!

Even if you are not where you were before you have still made progress and that is something to be proud of and other people can learn from your success as well as your mistakes.

Love the accountability thing! You will be able to set such a great example and possibly spark someone else to getting closer to their goal too!

LOL.....but it will be fun to see how everyone does. And, as you said, it keeps you accountable too.
