Lol at least I felt like an
buunny I had so much energy this morning it felt AWESOME!! So I popped in my workout today with vigor and pep!! I did 10 Minute solution kickbox cross train to warmup with then did JNL F. Lower body finished with Give me ten more yoga 6 pack. Loved It!! ...
Yesterday I made it through high carb day with 1600 calries and no sugar!! And it was a hard day to get through as mom made homemade buns and the smell stayed with me all through the night!!Today I am aiming for 1400 calories with of course no sugar. Hopefully this works as I really don't want to stop doing Chris Powells choose to lose...as I seem to mess up when it comes to change.
A coach can only inspire their athletes, motivation comes from within!!
( I so want this!)
Ps....I had only 1/2 of a whole grain bun that mom made but did count it in with my calories.
