This last week was a good one goal-wise for me. I noticed that in cardio Blast I can keep up with the music pretty well now. The Bootcamp segment is getting easier for me. I still have some work to do, but am happy with my progress. I also replaced one core workout on Fit, Firm and Fired up with one Pilates Ab workout from the website. It was tough and I was ready!
Not so much pleased with the eating over the holiday. It was difficult and I overate, but the important thing isn't the past as much as what I'm doing now. I'm back on track. I'm up 2.4# from my splurge. That's one difficult thing about maintenance for me. In the past, when I reached my goal, I stopped tracking and put on some the weight that I'd lost. I'd like to avoid that this time and that means after a splurge I get right back on the horse (or scale!).
