MY review:
The workout has 3 levels you can follow. Plenty of modifications for beginners. I wish the cardio bursts were more difficult but they were good. A great workout routine for beginners. I did like that there were some different moves. Some movements were new to me (in the Barre body blast and the Body Weight burn) and that made it interesting. The sizzle and sculpt section was a lot of lunges. I have sore knees from that one so be careful if you have knee problems. Otherwise this was a good workout that will give me something to do over the winter when I cannot exercise outside as much.

Warm up:
4 minutes long. A good warm up that got my heart rate elevated some. I like the warmup being separate so you can add it to any workout.

Barre Body Blast:
20 Minutes Long. This was my first Barre workout. You need a chair and one hand weight. Not a bad workout but I wish I could get my HR up a little more. It did give me a decent workout It requires balancing.

Body Weight Burn:
22 Minutes long. The title says it all. A workout with no equipment. I found the side planks hard because my arms were sore but the whole workout was good.

Sizzle-Sculpt Circuit
19 Minutes long. This one has a lot of lunges. My knees were a bit sore after all the lunges. It did get my HR going and I could feel the ST portion in my arms. Not a bad workout.

Several Fun bonus features which I have not tried yet.

The DVD is available at Amazon.com and Target. Spark Members will get 250 spark points if they purchase at Target.
