I have always been good at making big plans. My intent to exercise a lot hasn't happened on these meds. Bleh. But, hey, its still Monday.
Eats so far today:
7 am 2 string cheese and meds
10 am: 1 serving ice cream

and meds
noon: 2 cups home cooked coconut rice (not low carb, gah.)
2 pm: 2 small pepper mints w/meds
dinner: planned home cooked soup with 1 egg

and green beans.

and a yogurt w/meds
