Last week wasn't so great as proven by my low WUB score ! But my great spark friend, 1StateofDenial, gave me some perfect advice. My goof-ups can actually help me figure this out. Who woodathunkit! That is so much better than berating myself.
"Have you tried checking in with yourself after you type up your WUB? Ask yourself questions like:
Why didn't I meet this goal?
What problems arose?
What could I do to prevent or circumvent those problems in the future?
How can I ensure I will meet this goal next week?
What can I schedule right now to make sure I accomplish my tasks next week (schedule a workout, schedule a hobby activity, schedule your meals so you know what you're having and not 'forget' about a food you wanted to get eaten)?
What can you change in your house to help you meet your goals (like having less coffee available and keeping your workout/water aerobics gear packed and ready)?
Saying if you're doing something or not is one step,
now move onto the next step by really getting involved with the reasons
why you're doing or not doing something you want to.
Once you know why then you can work on how to make it easier
to do it than not do it. "
