Staying on Track though the Holidays

I will keep Walking...

I will keep Biking...

I will continue strength training...

I will continue drinking my water.

...and, I will remember that the above statement is not correct. Christmas Calories do count so I will continue to record my nutrition and weigh on a regular basis so I will not gain during the Holidays.
