So I recently weighed myself and found that I was staring at a number I thought I would never see again. 190lbs. I started at 200 and dropped 25lbs........in 2009
I haven't really been too good at keeping up with the weight loss since then. I easily lose my motivation. I don;t really have any support in the weight loss either.
I mean my mom comments on how I need to lose weight and claims to know how I should do it. This all coming from a woman who has only ever weighed above 130lbs when she was pregnant. She eats what she wants when she wants and doesn't gain any weight. A nice trait she passed on to my younger brother but not me lol.
So I am trying to keep my motivation. So far I have done good, but it has only been two days.
Sparkteens had helped me in 2009, I had people to talk to going through the same thing and it helped me stay motivated. I have had an account here since 2010 but haven't been too active. I am hoping maybe being more active on here will help me like SparkTeens did.
