over the past two days i have limited my food/snacks after 9pm. I wake up feeling so much better. Tonight may be a challange since i am working a 10-10 shift. my normal routine was to always have a meal or a big snack after work as a treat for a long day. I know i have to resist that behavior. i have really eaten well today and i want to keep it that way.. have a great day everyone.
