After a week of counting points, going over them by a few each day & not exercising, I'm kind of dreading my WW weigh in tomorrow morning.
Pre-WW I would have said "Screw it" & just ate as much as I wanted of whatever I chose. Instead I started fresh this morning, ate a Smart Ones scrambled egg & cheese meal, adding a 1/2 cup of shredded spinach to it. I skipped the diet soda & drank water instead AND since I didn't feel like walking, I completed a 30 minutes session of Gilad Bodies in Motion. Granted I won't earn as many Activity Points for that as I would walking for an hour, but I need to add something into my workout routine in addtion to the walking.
Tomorrow makes 16 weeks of me not missing a WW meeting & I'm proud of that, simply because I haven't given up yet again.
