So how did i do with my 2012 goals let's see

March 1/2 Marathon - went to Las Vegas with my daughter instead
May 12th, 5k - Check
May 20th, duathlon - forgot to register
June 3rd Sprint Triathlon - check
Aug 25 Olympic Triathlon - check
September 1/2 Marathon - cancelled
October Marathon - cancelled
July Sprint Triathlon -check
November Turkey Trot + Second Helping race - check and check
So originally I had 7 races scheduled and I completed 3 but added 3 more (1 in July and 2 in November) which brings me up to 6 completed races. Definately room for improvement.
2013 will be the year I attempt the 1/2 Ironman along with many other races.
Official Nutrition and Training begins January 7th....Ready Set Go!! What are your goals for 2013??
