My running club is having 4 sessions of Yoga starting tonight and going on 4 consecutive Mondays. Sessions are free and I've committed to going to all 4. We'll see.
My last attempt at Yoga was not free and it was a combination of hot Yoga and power Yoga. The instructor tonight is a young man who was on my Ragnar Relay team and he will be merciful. The instructor at my one and only past section saw me concentrating on
and came over to torture me by making me hold an unreasonable position until I my muscles were quivering and I was about to collapse. I will concentrate on the teacher (yogi?) tonight.
Or at least do my ogling with my peripheral vision.
I really hope to last for 4 sessions. Hope, not expect.
