Okay, now that THAT'S out of the way.....back to the blog.
So, I was reading MOSTMOM1's blog. She just completed a 600 day Spark Streak of exercise. Every day - minimum 10 minutes a day. At the end of her video - she urges us that WE CAN DO THIS! Well - I was convinced. And, whether I was or not, my kids were watching it with me, and THEY are convinced I can do it!
What does this mean? Well, I guess it means that I will be starting my very own 600 day exercise Spark Streak. Starting...well, today! Which will take me to July 19, 2014. (My oldest daughter will have just turned 18!)
Challenge accepted. I am on this like white on rice!
I guess I better head off and get this going.
So to anyone else who is reading this, I challenge YOU. What kind of Spark Streak can you start? Make a goal - how long will be long enough for you to make it an accomplishment? How can it help you reach your long-term goals? Let's do this together!!
