french fried couch potato

im trying to ge my mind in a healthier place so i can make this journey a successful one. im making strides in that direction... but i need to make the same journey in the fitness department. i am a self proclaimed french fried couch potato. how do i start to like exercise?

    Try the ten minute Coach Nicole videos ...
They are informative and you would be surprised at what a difference they make.
Then you start doing the 20 minute etc.....
Just go to the video on your spark points page and get spark points for exercising.

    roller derby?
that's my soultion to everything...
how about some of those fun wii dancing games?
My husband who HATES to exercise loves riding his bike around town with me...

Just remember small steps to create consistency, then you'll be all about exercise soon enough!
