The lower the bar, the higher the fitness minutes. I got a really late start this month. I didn't get fired up until Thanksgiving. So, if you were already racking up minutes this month, you've got a leg up on me.

Let's finish strong!

    I wanted to reach 1000 but it is not gonna happen. The hurricane at the beginning of the month and all the days the kids were off cause of election day, return day, veterans day... they even had a professional day LOL then add on Thanksgiving. This all totally got in the way! December is just around the corner!! Next month we will get it!

    Don't forget the serious housecleaning counts into your minutes. I tend to forget that until I tell someone else. senior moment(s) emoticon I am constantly vaccuming and that is alot of minutes that I should have added. I even did some yard work emoticon and that is a real shocker! If I had all that added in I could be at 1000 now. Bummer!! emoticon

    Oh me too, girl. I usually have 1000+ minutes every month but I don't think I'll make it this month...
